is it safe to use pendulums? I tried it a few days and really didnt think anything would happen but it did. Can this invite something else into my home? There has been strange activity going on for a while now. I believe maybe my child who passe might be, my daughter has had dreams of her as well and feels her here. I had done some evp's and there were things like "mommy" and cries coming from her room. When i used the pendulum there was a lot of enrgy coming from it especially if i was in her room. Her room is always colder than the rest of the house. I feel something is still here but dont know what or who for sure. I wish i had read your reply to my other post before trying the pendulum but i had trouble getting to the site.

I would suggest that you not use a pendulum. I say this because they are inaccurate and easily manipulated by your mind and entities of all sorts. You can move it with your thoughts: notice how often the pendulum reflects the "yes" or "no" in your head. It is also very easy for dark entities to mess with you by responding and sending you in the wrong direction. You have no way of knowing that your child (sorry for your loss) is the one in communication with you if you use the pendulum and not in direct contact with your child on a spiritual level. I always suggest telepathic communication over the pendulum when people want to communicate with a loved one. Notwithstanding, if you insist, then please add the following statement prior to each question, "In the name of the light...". At least then you'll know that it's not a dark entity.

I never responded further to this post because Dinah is correct when it comes the pendulum and spirit stuff.  They are great though to ask about the depth of well water and so forth when dowsing out a well site.  ~ Engtovo
