If you read it real carefully it is obvious that the rich controllers would simply get richer in the process and also get a lot of innocents to deposit their real gold and silver into an account for gold and silver certificates thus giving them control of all the gold and silver they don't control now.  The references to restoration of freedoms in the document are the obligatory KEYWORDS they use to get us to buy into it.  There is no real return to freedom in it; it is all about MONEY nothing more or less.  Also a lot of NESARA supporters claim debts will be forgiven but there is nothing in the document to support that either, that is part of the propaganda.  This info is straight from the dark Sananda Kuthumi Saint Germaine Ashtar propaganda machine manufactured by the same people who manufacture 99% of the new age crap

I first saw this years and years ago as well in Montana one of the main homes of the militia patriot movement.  It was an interesting time because most of these people were extreme right fundamentalist Christians and we had nothing in common spiritually, but when it came to government and self reliance etc we all spoke the same language. NESARA was actually introduced as a bill, I looked it up to find it in the congressional record, but that it was ever anything good is a huge joke,  It doesn't create gold backed money or silver it just LOOKS like it does to those not reading the fine print.  The reason it got no where is because the patriot movement saw through it as a manipulation, the more they trashed it the more the new agers grabbed onto it as the end all, be all, savior scenario. 
 
For the dark forces It was one possible money making scenario the reason it was scrapped was because the decision to go to a whole new money system based on continental groupings through the euro and amero was chosen as the preferred route that would then give over to a global currency.  It was introduced at a time when they thought they were on the verge of the WW3 scenario.  That didn't work out as they thought it would. They planned that NESARA would give the people the illusion of stabilization and an economic "fresh start" albeit fake, during their war. It is unfortunate that in the early days some good people got scammed into believing it was for real but they must not have read the full bill, or were not cynical enough to see the obvious.  I don't consider myself a very intellectual person and I certainly am not well educated, so I have never really understood the stupidity of the current money systems markets et al and I stay the hell out of all of them, but I read through the thing back then and immediately had about 50 questions about suspicious aspects, and who would benefit from them that not one person could answer, patriot or new ager or any one in between.  Some times I wonder if we should just hand these types of things over to 5th or 6th graders and ask them if it makes sense and if they say no, then we should scrap it.  If it is complex you know they are scamming something for themselves, because life in truth is simple.
