The one year time frame was the time it would take for all the people on the earth to receive the blueprint so that internally they know things have changed and we are operation with a new set of rules, as it were. That started with the highest vibrations and was to work its way down to the lowest vibrations last. That is almost complete early. A while back, (hmmm let me check my calendar here because you may have picked on something around this)
