I'm certainly not an astrologer but I was married to one LOL and I think he would say that, it is who you have the potential to become if you choose to take that path.  Another aspect though is that a chart is only as good as who is interpreting it.  Some astrologers are better than others, if you have it done by and actual person, and the computer program variety always have the very general attributes of a particular planet in a certain position and are limited in how they can relate the position of one planet to another.  Really good astrologers used to the learn to interpret the depth and character of a chart the way that really good Tarot readers learn to see certain things not in each individual card but in the specific combination and order of a group of cards, in relation to a particular type of question.
