so who is trying to tell someone something?   Tropical storms are given male or female names, so what the hell is this?

For several days Data4science has been watching all the tropical storms in the Atlantic and Pacific for weather control. One of the most recent storm formations was previously known to NOAA as East Atlantic Floater 1. Between the evening of 9/4/2008 and the early morning hours of 9/5/2008 (Eastern standard time) NOAA or someone in the government has christened this storm as Invest. (In case this new publicity causes NOAA to re-think this blatant weather control experiment name instead of giving the storm a traditional male or female name, I’ve saved a copy of their webpage.)
